Description
Giant rock bees (Apis Dorsata) gather nectar from different flowers in the wilderness of Kodaikanal, to make the Multi-floral Honey. In the summer months of May to July, Paliyans harvest honey from combs built under the shelter of tall trees and rock cliffs. Each batch has a different quality to it that makes it unique and precious. This rich, copper coloured honey tastes sweet and has hints of floral flavours.
