Description

This rare and precious honey is made from the nectar of the Kurinji flower which blooms once in 12 years in the forests of Kodaikanal. Bees collect this nectar to make honey which is dark and distinct in flavour.

The Paliyans, an indigenous tribe that harvests this honey from hives in the forest consider it to be highly nutritious.
